How do I get into the car park at night?
Your ticket or season ticket must be presented to the pedestrian access reader 24 hours a day. To leave the car park, the exit barrier automatically opens the gate.
How can I meet the sales department?
Our Boutik' du Stationnement is located on level - 1 of the République car park. We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 5pm.
How do I contact Cénovia in an emergency?
In our car parks, you can call us 24 hours a day from the pay stations and automatic pay stations. You can contact our Operations Centre on 02 43 23 50 15.
